What the figures on a card mean

Example cards on the buyer and seller pages are illustrations. They are not homes for sale and not an offer from Termsify.

For buyers

You would browse and filter seller-stated upfront and monthly yourself. Termsify does not match you to a seller, approve financing, or qualify you. An introduction happens only when interest is mutual.

For sellers

A posting is a property you publish with the terms you are willing to state. It is not an MLS listing. Buyers who want that shape of purchase can find it. You are not “matched” by Termsify.

What the waitlist does

If you join, we store your email and any interests you select, send that information to our internal notification address, and email you a confirmation. The confirmation includes an unsubscribe link. Joining does not create a marketplace account, reserve access, or charge you.

To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in the message. To ask us to access, correct, or delete what we hold, email [email protected].

Founding Partner is separate

Founding Partner is a paid offer for eligible professional sellers. It is not open from this page. The public counter on that page stays at zero until enrollment is actually available. Read the offer and the enrollment terms before you consider it. A professional subscription is not started by enrollment.
