Once the protected pause allowance has been fully used, maintaining the Founding Partner pricing benefit requires maintaining a qualifying subscription, subject to the program terms.

You may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of the one-time enrollment payment if we receive your request within 48 hours after the payment confirmation timestamp shown in your receipt.

After that 48-hour period, ordinary change-of-mind cancellation does not qualify for a refund. If qualifying marketplace access has not been offered to you within 12 months after your successful enrollment payment, or if Termsify cancels the Founding Partner program before offering you qualifying access, you may request a full refund of the enrollment payment. Any nonwaivable right under applicable law still applies.
