Coaches
Coaching is a different path from posting a property. The waitlist asks which role fits, so a coach is not treated as a seller account.
Professional service providers
Attorneys, lenders, title, and other providers people choose for a transaction can join the same waitlist. Termsify does not appoint you as a party’s adviser.
Seller-stated terms
On Termsify, the seller states the upfront amount, the monthly amount, and the purchase price buyers can see. Those figures come from the seller. Termsify does not set them, approve a buyer, or offer financing.
Buyers filter for what fits them. When interest is mutual, the parties can move toward an introduction. Termsify is the marketplace — not a match, and not your broker.

The marketplace is not open yet. Termsify is launching in Idaho first, starting in Boise. Joining the waitlist is how you hear when there is something to use. It does not create an account, reserve access, or start a paid enrollment.
